We started with a cold morning but the sun finally came out and warmed the chilly water enough for Will to get a nice 45 incher on a Hellhound. Evan had another one on but it shook the hooks. It's always a pleasure to fish with Mr. Hardy and he is not stranger when it comes to muskie fishing, with over 2000 fish caught. Evan is following in grandpa's footsteps and already has 400 muskies to his credit. Looking forward to Will coming back in Febuary. This is going to help make Center Hill one great place for a trophy Muskie. The Hill has never been stocked, but has already produced fish in the 50 inch class size for a few years now. The new rule can only help. We know that most of the muskies in the "Hill" have come from Great Falls lake, either over the dam, or through the gererators. We "suspect" that some natural reproduction may be occuring. Center Hill has been a "sleeper" but it will awaken in the next few years. Look out! This could be where the next state record comes from!
